Denis Brouwer – CEO

Denis Brouwer became CEO of PDG in August 2022. He is responsible for the overall performance of PDG, leading both the operations and the growth strategy. Prior to joining PDG, Denis has held senior management positions with several companies, such as ABNAMRO and Royal Jongeneel. As well as being a senior business leader for over 20 years, he has a Degree in Applied Sciences from Amsterdam University and an executive MBA of Bradford University.

Tom Beyers – Executive Chairman

Tom Beyers was CEO as of July 2018 and became Executive Chairman in August 2022. In this role he will focus on the Buy & Build Strategy throughout Europe. Prior to joining PDG, Tom has held management positions at several major distribution companies, such as CRH Distribution and Fedrus International. As well as being a business builder for over 20 years, he has a Degree in Commercial Engineering from Antwerp University.

Bryan Smaal – CFO

Bryan Smaal joined PDG in May 2022 as CFO. In this role he holds responsibility for all financial matters as well as ESG, IT, Legal&Compliance and HR. Prior to PDG Bryan ,amongst other jobs, worked for PwC for 8 years and was part of the management board of Car parts distributor Sator/LKQ for 4 years. Bryan holds a master’s degree from Nyenrode and a postgraduate ‘Register Accountant’.

Meint Dijkstra – CIO

Meint Dijkstra joined PDG in November 2021 as Group CIO. In this role he holds responsibility for all IT related matters, such as IT Strategy, Application Portfolio Management, Enterprise Architecture and Business Intelligence. Prior to PDG Meint was CIO at LKQ Fource (automotive parts) and held IT Leadership roles with Computerlinks and Arrow Electronics. Meint holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (EMBA) from the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge (UK).

Arno van de Glind – Managing Director Hoco Parts

Arno van de Glind joined Hoco Parts BV in 2002 and became Managing Director in 2018. Arno is responsible for Hoco Parts’ business, strategy and buy-and-build integrations. He holds a Master of Science in Management from Nyenrode Business University, The Netherlands.

Philippe Carlier – Managing Director AFAM GROUP

Philippe Carlier joined AFAM in September 2005. After the integration of AFAM FRANCE with AFAM GROUP he moved to the Belgian Headquarters to take on general management. Prior to joining AFAM GROUP he lead the Sales Division of Mewaf, office manufacturing division of Van Marcke in Kortrijk, Belgium. Philippe Carlier holds a Bachelors degree in both Marketing and Business Management.

Eric Houben – Managing Director CMS

Eric Houben started in November 2022 as Managing Director of CMS responsible for strategy, results and growth. He gained almost 3 decades of experience in the Automotove industry in various positions and responsibilities. Before he joined CMS, Eric was director of Marketing & E-commerce and head of digital strategy in the LKQ-Fource organization. Eric has a degree in IT and build a lot of affinity with the digitalization and optimalisation of processes in merchant environments.

Robert Pater – Managing Director Motorcycle Storehouse

Robert joined Motorcycle Storehouse as CFO in February 2017 and is currently Managing Director. He is responsible for managing strategy, performance and growth at MCS. Before joining MCS, Robert was CFO at Linxdatacenter and infrastructure solutions contractor Nacap. He holds a Masters degree in Accountancy from the University of Groningen. Robert is a chartered accountant (RA) and holds a postgraduate ‘Register Controller’.

Hicham Bejja – Business Development Director

Hicham Bejja joined PDG in April 2020 to develop the growth strategy of existing business and actively support and execute the buy and build strategy of the group. Prior to joining PDG, Hicham worked for nearly 10 years as a management consultant at PwC and at Bain & Company advising top management of different companies in their strategic and operational ambitions and challenges. He holds a masters degree in business economics from the Erasmus University.
